Subject	Frustation with a cylinder missing

Message	I drove to the gym today and the car was running fine. Two hours later I come out and crank the car and it feels rough cranking. Put it in drive and pull out of parking lot and its missing. Felt like a fouled plug. I get home and pull the coil plugs and its the back cylinder on the drivers side. So I changed the plugs and put a different coil in to see if one of these are the problem. Still same miss. I checked the ptu and cleaned the connections and its still doing the same thing. All the plugs were white when I changed them except this cylinder. It was metal looking, like it hasn't been firing in there. What's the next thing I need to check??? Thanks
